Team Leader HR

Your new company 

We are currently looking for a Team Leader of the HR team for our client located in Tricity in the Shared Service Center area. The company deals with new technologies and provides business support around the world.

Your new role 

The Team Leader of the HR team will be responsible for a team of approximately 10 specialists supporting HR processes (onboarding, administration, employee documentation, employee inquiries, etc.). 

• Leadership and supervision of team members.
• Supporting the development and motivation of employees.
• Ensuring that specific KPIs are met.
• Responsibility for escalations and process correctness.
• Conducting meetings and setting goals.
• Maximizing ticket resolution efficiency.

What you'll need to succeed 

To be successful in this position, you must meet the following key criteria:

• At least 1 year of experience in leading an HR team.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Fluent knowledge of English.
