Opis stanowiska For our Client, one of the largest and most successful international corporations based in Katowice we are currently looking for candidates for IT Specialist position dedicated to French or German or Dutch spoken users.

Responsibilities:
• providing IT support for external clients - computer hardware and software users
• dealing with everyday problems users of computer
• advising and providing professional services in IT area for French or German or Dutch spoken users
Wymagania • fluent knowledge of French or German or Dutch language;
• at least one year of experience in customer service area (preferably in IT area)
• very good IT skills (general knowledge of hardware, software and network)
• good knowledge of English
• team player abilities and pro-client attitude
