Opis stanowiska For our client, largest, niche financial company based in Cracow we are looking for highly motivated, driven quick learners for the position of

Software Tester (Analytics Specialization)

Key responsibilities:
- Develop and analyze automated tests
- Verify complex financial models using manual and automated testing techniques
- Lead testing projects as an embedded member of an agile development team
- Build automated tests and maintain the automation framework
- Work with business users to develop testable user stories that can be used by developers and for verification
- Perform root-cause analysis of issues found in software
- Develop and maintain testing tools
- Continually improve the testing and development processes
Wymagania - software testing skills, knowledge and/or experience
- mathematical abilities and being comfortable using math in day-to-day activities
- experience in programming in at least one language (VBA/VB script or Ruby would be an asset)
- very good written and spoken English
- good knowledge of SQL
- flexibility and enjoying the challenge of managing rapid change
- readiness to take part in 3-months trainings in USA
