Opis stanowiska For our client, largest, niche financial company based in Cracow we are looking for highly motivated, driven quick learners for the position of

IT Support Specialist

Key responsibilities are:
- performing general technical support and troubleshoots desktop systems' software and hardware
investigation of system problems and provide solutions using specific product knowledge, system utilities and operating enviroments
- general network connectivity troubleshooting
Windows server support
Wymagania - good written and spoken English
- troubleshooting experience with PC's including desktop software and support for the Windows 7 operating systems would be a strong asset
- connectivity troubleshooting experience would be a plus
- strong knowledge of PC hardware
- strong determination to learn new skills connected with network management
- friendly attitude and excellent customer service skills
