Opis stanowiska A major and fast expanding international company is looking for qualified candidates to fill the position of Finance Manager in Accounts Payable Shared Services

The primary function of this job is to lead and manage exempt and non-exempt staff in order to provide timely invoice processing, employee expense reimbursements and vendor payments to European business units while ensuring internal controls are monitored and maintained.
Wymagania -At least 7 years of experience in Finance Management position
-Proven experience in leading big teams (+8 people)
-At least 4 years proven operational experience in accounting function
-Deep understanding of Finance Management and AP processes
-Proven experience in multinational organization
-Strong operational management and leadership skills
-Able to take initiatives and defend them efficiently so that they can be implemented
-Tends to develop talented people for the corporate good
-Able to create an environment for the enhancement of process knowledge
-Able adapt to changing objectives and priorities
-Strong communication skills
-Strong conflict resolution skills
-Able to motivate team members
-Fluent English
- Fluent Polish
