VICE PRESIDENT OF SALES AND MARKETING
(Cracow)

The Candidate will be responsible for: management of all commercial and marketing activities in Poland and in the CEE Region, including sales and marketing strategy, profitable growth, development of customer relationships, negotiations, commercial process,
planning and reporting.


Requirements:

• Minimum 10 years of experience in consumer goods sales;
• At least 5 years on the relevant top managerial position;
• Experience in building a sales and marketing strategy for large organizations, developing new markets and distribution channels;
• Ability to develop and maintain customer relationships at all levels;
• Customer-focused mindset with proven ability to respond quickly to customers;
• Ability to build and motivate sales team;
• Experience in an international environment;
• Fluent English is a must;
• University degree.
