Opis stanowiska For our Client, one of the international companies located in Wroclaw, we are looking for high motivated, French speaking Candidates for the position: Customer Service Specialist

As a team member you will be responsible for answering customer queries via phone and email, creating new user accounts, work regarding high standards and internal procedures.
Wymagania -Proficient French (oral and written)
- at least communicative level of English
-university degree (preferable)
-very good business attitude and problem solving
-experience in customer service will be an asset
- working knowledge of Microsoft package, especially Outlook, Word, and Excel
