Opis stanowiska Do you know German very well?

Your key responsibilities will be:
- managing customer activation process, ongoing support around customer service levels, customer contract renewals, customer billing, and providing training on the company services.
- understanding the customer's business needs to ensure customer satisfaction and to encourage continued long-term relationship and help identify opportunities where the company services fit their ongoing business strategy.
Wymagania - excellent written and spoken German
- excellent written and spoken English
- at least 1 year of strong experience in customer service in international environment
- experience in technology company or interest in IT (experience in IT companies is very welcomed)
- ability to work well with customers to maintain high level of customer satisfaction and develop strong relationships
- ability to encourage/influence customers to extend and/or expand use of company's products and services
- ability to respond to customer needs quickly and thoroughly
