Opis stanowiska For our Client, one of the biggest European life insurance company, we are currently looking for Candidates for a position of Product Manager
 
A person on this position will be responsible for managing existing and launching new products. Main duty is to produce and maintain a business plan for the products and to monitor actual results and recommend action to address issues as they arise. Other responsibilities include: ensuring TCF is embedded into Product Management, contributing to the delivery of P&L targets set for the range of products, procuring from Finance and Actuarial appropriate MI and financial analysis and providing their additional interpretation. Product Manager will be also responsible for ensuring that product materials are appropriate and fit for purpose and that all expenditure commitments and payments are properly authorized, controlled and monitored.
 
Ideal Candidate should have wide life insurance experience and knowledge as well as in-depth understanding of: the financial dynamics of products and markets, a broad range of distribution mechanisms and of financials of insurance products. Being experienced in pricing, strong leadership, motivational and communication skills are also important. Fluent English is a must.
