Opis stanowiska For our Client, one of the biggest European life insurance company, we are currently looking for Candidates for a position of Distribution Applications Manager
 
Distribution Applications Manager will be responsible for: active contribution to the design of the sales process contents and sales path along the product offer of the company, providing complex input for the pre-sales tool design to the application supplier in the format of the detailed functional requirements and delivering pre-sales tool timely as a result of ongoing relationship and monitoring of the tool design process with the technology supplier. Other duties are to: test the pre-sales tool, develop the input for user manual, training program for end users. Distribution Applications Manager also has to provide training to the training and business development team and to gather feedback in the implementation phase and introduce changes.
 
Ideal Candidate is a person with a comprehensive knowledge of sales processes and needs based selling concept, needs analysis practices and life insurance products on the Polish market. Technological, persuasive and communication skills as well as experience in co-operating with external providers in the area of such applications as agent portal, quotations systems etc. will be an asset. Fluent English is a must.
