With a role of German Customer Service Representative our Client offers exceptional opportunity for ambitious and motivated professionals to give a real boost to your professional development!

This is an 6 month temporary role offered through Grafton.

Working as an German Customer Service Representative you will hold the responsibility for contacting German clients and supporting them on e-marketing issues.
Wymagania To take on the challenge of working with the bests you should have:
• Fluency in German and very good command of English,
• High- class writing skills, attention to details, out of box thinking,
• Ability to dig into difficult queries and solve the issue,
• Experience in customer service or marketing and strong service delivery drive is an advantage.
