Digital Marketing Team Leader
Your responsibilities
- Lead and develop people, keep them engaged,
- Drive a test & learn culture within the Team,
- Lead paid media strategy, budget, performance and execution across Coloplast Subsidiaries and secure media budget is invested to drive business impact,
- Set direction for how to optimize value creation and create new value within the area of expertise,
- Regularly provide actionable insights based on the data analysis and in the context of ongoing paid activities,
- Support standardization and automation agenda,
- Contribute to team’s governance development and secure its execution,
- Nail project management towards multiple stakeholders, run regular communication with those,
- Boost digital marketing knowledge within Organization.
Wymagania
Our requirements
- Experience in digital marketing for at least 5 years (operating hands-on in ad platforms is a plus),
- Experience in people management for at least 3 years,
- Strong analytical skills, data and business understanding, ability to translate metrics into actionable insights and conclusions,
- Very good communication skills in English,
- Very strong project management skills,
- Team player.
