Opis stanowiska

As the face and voice of the company, your role is pivotal in driving growth through the delivery of an extraordinary customer experience. Your primary objective is to facilitate seamless interactions, making it effortless for customers to engage while leaving a lasting impression. By leveraging your technical expertise and consultative approach, you will advise customers on products and services, ensuring alignment with their needs and project requirements. Additionally, you will actively seek out new business opportunities, nurturing relationships with small and medium customers to drive organic revenue growth.


Responsibilities:
1.    Providing technical advice to customers on products, services, and capabilities to meet their project requirements effectively.
2.    Conducting outbound calls to establish new opportunities with prospective customers, leveraging both cold and warm leads.
3.    Communicating with customers via various channels (phone, email, chat) to address technical inquiries and propose suitable solutions.
4.    Collaborating with internal departments such as production, sales, engineering, and customer care to resolve inquiries promptly.
5.    Maintaining regular touchpoints with small and medium customers to nurture pipeline opportunities and promote the product portfolio.
6.    Driving revenue growth by promoting products and services and effectively selling their value propositions.

Requirements:
1.    Bachelor's degree in a technical or business-related field is preferred.
2.    Minimum of 2 years' experience in a similar role, preferably within a technical environment.
3.    Proficient in technical German and English languages (both verbal and written).
4.    Strong problem-solving skills, influencing abilities, and capacity to provide constructive feedback.
5.    Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills.
6.    Proven ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently and meet deadlines.
7.    Demonstrated creativity and willingness to share innovative ideas.
8.    Experience in consultative selling is desirable.
9.    Knowledge of relevant products or industries is a plus.
10.    Team player with critical thinking abilities, self-motivation, and a proactive attitude.
11.    Passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
