Opis stanowiska For our Client, international leasing company, a part of a global group, we are currently looking for Candidates for a position of Operations Manager
 
Operations Manger will be responsible for a large and complex back office, especially sales support and operations team, IT team and general administration. His main tasks are to manage and optimize all aspects of operations (according to mid-office and back-office policies) in order to enable country unit management to lead the organization in an effective and efficient manner, to realize optimal customer satisfaction and cost reduction.
 
Ideal Candidate has to have university degree and at least 7 years working experience in operations management  or team management within an administrative/financial department and in process improvement. He should also have experience as Project Manager in a senior role. To be successful on this position a Candidate should have advanced people management skills and knowledge of leasing business. Fluent business English is also a must.
