Opis stanowiska Do you want to develop as a Banking Manager in banking industry in global, multinational environment? Are you looking for international experienced? If yes, we are looking for you. For our client, international consulting & technology enterprise, we are currently searching for experienced Core Banking Manager who is willing to work in Warsaw, Poland.


As a Core Banking Manager you will often travel to client locations across Europe and you will be responsible for Interface with client teams (global and local) to identify improvement opportunities in client businesses, you will also assist in developing solutions for identified opportunities in all lines of banking business, such as: map ‘”as is”’ and designing target operating model, designing “‘to be’” processes / structures / work flow management / business solution, developing and managing business requirement specification, proposal supporting and responsing.
 
Moreover, you will assist in the development of relevant new assets, tools and point of views, incorporate company’s best practices & development methodologies into every stage of the project as well as manage lifecycle including Program Management.
 
We are looking for Core Banking Manager between 6 and 10 years experience in Banking / Consulting / Solution industry. To be successful you need to have excellent communication, presentation and client interfacing skills, analytical bent of mind with capability of deciding on nature of information needed and you should be able to think logically and present ideas from a business perspective. Fluency in English and Polish is a must. Knowledge of: German, Italian, Russian, French or Spanish will be an asset.
