Opis stanowiska On behalf of our Client, a world-wide known international company, establishing new SSC to provide finance and accounting services, we are currently recruiting for the position of Accounting Team Leader with Dutch.
 
Team Leader with Dutch

Location: Wrocław
 
Your role will involve managing the team of accountants, monitoring and updating operational procedures, responding to customer queries in a timely and professional manner and appropriate addressing of escalations. You will be also responsible for identifying and implementing process improvement ideas, guiding and mentoring the team to deliver high quality work and coordinate smooth processing of incoming reports. 
            
To be successful in this role you will need 4 – 5 years of experience working within the BPO/SSC centers, fluent business English language skills (oral and written), ability to effectively communicate in business Dutch and experience in leading a team.
