Opis stanowiska Our Client, global leader in nutrition and personal care products, is seeking to appoint a self-motivated Counsel to join its legal team, responsible for managing legal affairs in the EMEA region. Reporting into the Senior Director EMEA, the Counsel will handle a broad workload related to legal issues, including contractual, commercial, regulatory, IP and compliance matters.

The In-house Counsel will be primarily responsible for:
- working with sales managers and functional departments to minimize litigation risks, handle legal issues and respond to crises;
- assisting with new country openings and restructurings throughout the region;
- assisting in the review and negotiation of general contracts, including promotional agreements, consulting agreements, licensing, development and supply agreements, third party logistics and site rental arrangements;
- assisting in the management of litigation and liaising as appropriate with outside counsel;
- providing legal review of marketing materials and other forms of communication by company to the public and providing on-going training to staff on compliance with legal claims requirements;
- interacting with other members of EMEA Legal and all levels throughout the organization and outside firms.
Wymagania - minimum of five years post qualification experience gained in a large law firm or in-house legal department
- fluency in English and Russian
- member of the bar association
- ability to be proactive and work autonomously
- broad knowledge of international business practices
- ability to interact effectively at all levels with sensitivity to cultural diversity
- strong customer and results orientation
- experience in the life sciences industry will be an asset
