Opis stanowiska Our client is an international company engaged in the industry exclusive products for customers from around the world. We are looking for an experienced and talented person for Improvement Black Belt position, responsible for delivering agreed, significant benefits to the business through the leadership of business improvement projects using Lean/Six Sigma methods.
 
 
Improvement Black Belt

Location: pomorskie
 
Improvement Black Belt will be responsible for delivering improvement projects using wide range of improvement methodologies, sharing best practice methods for improvements across the business. Person on Improvement Black Belt position will leading improvement projects derived from key process improvement goals and linked to business priorities. Additionally candidate will ensure the success of the Yellow/Green/Black Belt program. 

The ideal candidate should have degree in engineering, Six Sigma Black Belt certification (is a must!), great knowledge in Project Management and about statistical methods used. At least 3 years work experience preferably in a manufacturing, international environment. We are looking for people with extraordinary drive for results and ability to influence people at all levels of organization. We are looking for person with experience with people’s coaching and with very good communication and teamwork skills. Fluent English (spoken & written).
