Opis stanowiska Our client is looking for a bright individual with 5-8 years of experience in a management role to join their finance team. This is a strong, prestigious, international company with a dynamic and diverse culture. You will be working alongside some of the brightest accounting/finance professionals in the West Europe area.
Job Title: Finance Area Manager.

Job Type: Full Time

This position will encompass several aspects of accounting including:
• monitoring and updating of operational procedures
• ensure good relationship with customers and solve all the issues regarding AP/AR process
• coordinate smooth processing of incoming reports
• ensure right communication with the local controllerships
As a People Manager you will manage performance of your team through training, coaching and regular feedback.
Wymagania • Experience in Shared Service /BPO Centre gained in a progressive multinational organization.
• 5+ years of experience in financial reporting and analysis with progressive responsibility, including direct management of a team.
• Very good written and spoken command in English.
• Degree in economics, finance, or business administration.
