Opis stanowiska For our Client, global information agency, the world's leading source of intelligent information for businesses and professionals, we are searching for Software Development Engineer.


The candidate will work for the Front To Back group responsible for Kondor+ (K+) and part of the Risk Management division.
K+ is one of the client's flagship products for risk management, with more than 15,000 positions in 200 financial institutions worldwide.
Kondor+ is a real-time position keeping system that offers a sophisticated and flexible means of capturing deals and managing risk. The application provides a wide range of tools and functions that give up-to-the-second information and analytics. With Kondor+, users make informed decisions in managing the financial exposure of a trading room's activities. Kondor+ handles a wide range of financial market transactions, including securities, foreign exchange, money market, exchange traded and over-the-counter derivatives. The application manages portfolios, displays real-time positions and results, calculates the value and risk exposure of any combination of financial operations

 
Main responsibilities Candidate will be first trained to our product and domain, to our methodologies and to our processes through training sessions, exercises and then through Care & Maintenance activity.
Then, he will participate to development of new K+ functionalities. Integrated in a scrum team under responsibility of Team Leader he will work closely with Financial Engineering and Quality Assurance team.
Communication skills and availability to speak English are fully part of the job on a daily basis.


The ideal candidate has minimum of 2 years of experience in software development (software companies, banks). He/She has strong skills on C++ and Design Patterns. Ideal candidate is a solution driven person with good communication skills and a proven team player & self starter. Degree in Computer science or equivalent work experience is desirable.
