Opis stanowiska Our Client is an international automotive company. Due to its growth strategy we are currently looking for:
 
Operations Controller
BEOL/1017141
Location: Silesia
 
Scope of responsibilities:
 

• Financial management of several production facilities in Europe;
• Coordinating the work of Plant Controllers and plant accounting groups;
• Current control of financial performance according to group procedures;
• Lead and review the financial forecasting and planning cycles;
• Conduct financial analysis, cost control activities and monitor financial indicators;
• Monitor financial flows and seek for optimisation;
• Participate and review the month – end closing process, balance sheet audits and statutory audits.

 
Requirements:
 

• 3 – 5 years of Plant Controller or Operations Controller experience in the automotive sector;
• University degree in finance / accounting/ economics; MBA is a plus;
• Fluent English;
• Experience in leading people;
• Willingness to travel up to 40%;
• Experience in forecasting;
• Management and financial accounting knowledge;
• Well developed communication and presentation skills;
• Good motivational skills, be self motivated and demanding of both him/herself and others around them.
