Opis stanowiska For the world leading BPO we are looking for a person who will be ready to take a position of: French and Spanish Customers Service Assistant.

Workplace: Katowice

Person will be responsible for:
- getting in touch with customers from Spain and France via email, phone and ordinary correspondence
- informing customers about the unpaid invoices and other payments
- answering questions regarding credit holds, collection/past due issues and account reconciliation
- responding to all customer's requests for payback
- assisting in researching unidentified cash receipts
- taking care about whole documentation
- keeping data in system up to date
Wymagania you should:

- speak fluent both French and Spanish
- be able to communicate in English
- have got some experience in customer care
- an economical background would be an advantage
