Opis stanowiska For our Client, an international IT Outsourcing company having its BPO center in Poznań, we are currently looking for in the area of Silesia candidates for the position of Network Engineer.

Workplace: Poznań

The responsibilities include:
• Under general direction, assist/lead in the planning, design, installation and support of the IP network infrastructure, including LAN/WAN, systems for assigned clients
• Evaluate assigned client’s existing IP network systems and provide remedial recommendations and perform maintenance and upgrades of network devices (hardware and software)
• Work with assigned clients to onboard managed IP network LAN/WAN/Wireless services based on approved MSDs and SOWs; network device discovery, device configuration and network documentation, device monitoring and handoff to life-cycle technical operations
Wymagania - Ability to install, configure and manage Cisco (routers and switches, Wireless Access Points and interfaces, security products),
- Cisco certification,
- 5 years of experience in managing and configuring CISCO, NORTEL, LANs, WANs, WLANs, VPNs, ETC.,
- knowledge of current protocols and standards:
° TCP/IP, BOOTP, DHCP, DNS, FTP, NAT, NTP, SMTP, TELNET
° RPC, RDP, TCP, UDP, NFS
° IP, ICMP, OSPF, BGP, EGP, RIP
° IGMP
° MPLS
° ARP, IARP, RARP
° SSH, Radius, PPTP, Kerberos, IPsec, TLS
° EIGRP, IGRP, HSRP, RGMP
° VTP, DTP, ISL, CDP
° L2F, TACACS
° WAP, WML
° BISUP, ISUP
° CIFS, SOAP
- Demonstrated leadership and personnel management skills,
- Strong interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills,
- Ability to prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment and make sound decisions in emergency situations,
- Ability to present ideas in a user-friendly language,
- Highly self-motivated and directed,
- Proven analytical and problem-solving abilities.
